Roles & Responsibilities :-

lSM should responsible to do the new KYC business and handling of team is mandatory.

lSelection staff as Sales executivesfor every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.

lAllocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)

lTravelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)

lIdentify the Key result areas byconducting market analysisand decide the Activity, Location & Date.

lConducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.

Key Skills:-

.Must have sales experience (Preferably direct sales)

.Territory familiarity.

.Speak local language.

.People management Skills.

.Communication Skills.

.Problem solving & negotiationSkills.

Qualification :- MinimumDegree (Regular)
