CCi works closely with clients to reflect their individual tastes and style, designing curated dining experiences for special occasions. The company is dedicated to ensuring that every event feels unique, memorable, and carefully tailored to client preferences.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for luxury dining and hospitality services. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, meeting with potential clients, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with culinary and operations teams to design tailored event solutions, coordinating site visits or tastings, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to execution. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, maintain an updated sales pipeline, analyze market trends, and represent CCi at industry events, fairs, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B and B2C sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong client relationship management, with experience in consultative selling and handling premium or luxury clientele.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and account planning.
  • Experience in hospitality, events, catering, or food and beverage sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with strong command of spoken and written English; additional local languages are a plus.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple inquiries, proposals, and events simultaneously.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to track performance and report on sales metrics.
  • Ability to work on-site six days a week and weekend during season time in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, full time
  • with flexibility to attend client meetings, events, and site visits, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A customer-centric mindset, professional demeanor, and passion for luxury hospitality and curated dining experiences.
