Job Description

A Sales Manager for CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) isresponsible for achieving sales targets by leading a team to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones for bank deposit accounts and other financial products. Key duties include driving sales, managing a team, overseeing customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining performance metrics for the team and branch.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance:Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA products by acquiring new customers and cross-selling other financial products like insurance and mutual funds.
  • Team Management:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of business development executives to meet their targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and manage relationships with existing customers to increase product penetration and generate fee income.
  • Operational Oversight:Ensure all processes, such as account opening and customer service, are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
  • Market Development:Identify new sales opportunities through market mapping, lead generation activities, and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Compliance:Track all sales activities using a CRM system and ensure compliance with all relevant KYC and banking regulations.
