About the Role

As the Sales Manager Car Loans , you will be responsible for driving sales volumes and building a high-quality car loan portfolio across branches at a pan-India level. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining portfolio quality. You will play a key part in supporting the bank's growth objectives by delivering superior customer service and enabling digital solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire car loan customers in the identified segments across assigned territories.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions by analyzing customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers (RMs) on customer opportunities and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with the bank's credit and operational policies.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Create an environment that promotes digital enablement to holistically fulfill customer needs.
  • Drive initiatives aligned with the bank's rapid growth targets and strategic objectives.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Any discipline
  • Post-graduation: Preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in car loan sales, retail banking, or financial services.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong sales and customer acquisition skills.
  • Deep understanding of car loan products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage targets across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and sales tracking.
