Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role in the Broking Vertical, based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with brokers to drive sales of general insurance products. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, creating strategic plans, coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and claims support, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and relationship management; preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, goal setting, and achievement of sales objectives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain partnerships
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations in the Insurance sector
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
  • Proactive and goal-oriented work ethic with strong decision-making skills
