Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams to align on goals and deliver tailor-made solutions is a critical part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with cleanroom or laboratory solutions is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
