Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, identify new business opportunities, engage with potential and existing clients, and develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets. The role includes managing client relationships, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of events and exhibitions. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in client relationship management and building partnerships
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and sales analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
