Role & Responsibilities

This role will act as the primary revenue owner and work directly with the Founder to scale enterprise sales.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B sales leads for BotSpice's AI and chatbot solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target industries.

Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations, tailoring solutions to client-specific needs. 

End-to-End Sales Cycle 

  • Own the complete sales cycle—from cold outreach and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

Negotiation & Closure

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals aligned with company guidelines.
  • Ensure win-win outcomes while achieving high conversion rates.

Targets & Reporting

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track sales metrics, forecasts, and performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with technical teams during client onboarding and implementation.

Market & Customer Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in technology or SaaS (Exposure to AI, chatbots, RPA, or IT solutions preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or relevant sales certifications are a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand technical products.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

  • Has built pipeline from scratch (not dependent only on inbound leads)
  • Comfortable selling to CXOs and founders
  • Thrives in ambiguity and startup pace
  • Has handled annual revenue quotas above ₹ 2 Crores.

Location, Travel & Work Format

  • Location: Bangalore or Mumbai.
  • Work Format: Work from office.
  • Travel: Regular domestic travel and occasional international travel may be required.
