Bharat Managed Services (BMS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by promoting the company's portfolio of IT and digital transformation services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B technology sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to understand customer business challenges and position the company's solutions effectively.

- Managed IT Services
- Cloud Services (Cloud Migration, Cloud Management, Cloud Optimization)
- Infrastructure Services (Data Center, Server, Network & End-User Infrastructure)
- Digital Workplace Services (Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, Collaboration Tools, Unified Communications, End-User Computing)
- Cybersecurity Services (Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Compliance & Risk Management)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.
- Generate revenue by selling Managed IT Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Develop account plans to maximize revenue from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Understand customer IT strategies and align BMS service offerings with their business objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with delivery and support teams.
- Identify opportunities for recurring business and contract renewals.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation and lead generation initiatives.
- Participate in technology events, customer seminars, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
Proposal & Solution Selling
- Work closely with technical pre-sales and solution architects to prepare customer proposals.
- Present technical and commercial solutions confidently to customer stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with comprehensive solution proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, project management, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Support junior sales executives through mentoring and knowledge sharing where required.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate sales opportunities and customer information in CRM.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Present regular business updates to senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in selling IT Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
