Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for Ocean and air freight.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, overseas agents, and internal operations teams.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions, pricing, and value propositions.
Identify key verticals (e.g., automotive, pharma, retail, industrial goods) and create focused sales strategies.
Negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate with pricing and operations teams.
Provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates to management.
Prepare and present proposals, RFQs, and business development reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase volumes and secure long-term contracts.
Develop tailored sales strategies for each client, focusing on cost efficiency, improved transit times, and sustainable logistics solutions.
