Role Description:
The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for achieving the set Sales Targets by acquisition of new clients, develop existing clients for repeat business, drive business development efforts across targeted product portfolios & enhance brand visibility
He / She should build strong relationships with the CRE fraternity - Architects, Designers, Clients, IPC's, Real Estate Developers, & Key stake holders from the Corporate Real Estate Industry, understand their needs, provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate sales leads, track and close the sales opportunities, forecast & review of the sales funnel
Collaborate with cross functional teams & resources in developing proposals, presentations and provide solutions to win projects
Qualifications:
Sales / Business Development / Client Solutions experience from the Contract Furniture, Design & Build, Architecture & Design or CRE segment is preferred.
. Excellent working level existing relationship with the CRE teams of Major MNC clients, key Architects & Designers, Design & Build firms, Co working companies, Top Commercial Developers & the other members of Corporate Real Estate fraternity
Experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B to MNC's in Bangalore is an added Plus!
Goal oriented, Strong interpersonal and excellent communication & presentation skills is a must along with the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
Graduates/ MBA's in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Designing or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience within the industry is a must
