Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jodhpur. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build and maintain relationships with clients. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, and Calling to all the leads received and and planning their vist on site and office. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends is also integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, and Pipeline Management
  • Strong experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a related industry is a plus
