Role Description The Sales Manager at Bajaj Life in Kolkata is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for life insurance products in the assigned region. The role involves leading and developing a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to achieve business objectives. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance consultants, and distribution partners, while ensuring a customer-first approach and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. Daily activities include planning and executing sales strategies and campaigns, conducting market analysis, organizing training sessions, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
