Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kolhapur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance sales, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, and managing a high-performing team of insurance consultants and frontline sales professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing local sales strategies, assigning and monitoring targets, coaching team members, and conducting regular performance reviews. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and branch stakeholders, as well as organizing customer meetings, presentations, and outreach activities to promote Bajaj Life products. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, provide feedback to product and marketing teams, ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
