Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pratapgarh, allowing flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, coaching team members, and collaborating with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Monitoring sales activities and preparing performance reports will also be a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Expertise in sales strategy, relationship building, and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
