Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead a team and oversee daily sales operations, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer acquisition strategies, supervising team performance, and ensuring adherence to organizational sales policies. The Sales Manager will also provide regular performance reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Team Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Financial Services, Housing Finance, or a similar industry
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with an ability to strategize and achieve targets
  • Working knowledge of sales tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
