Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales efforts, driving customer acquisition, meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will oversee and guide the sales team, ensuring effective strategy implementation and fostering a high-performance culture. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Target Achievement, and Client Relationship Management
  • Outstanding abilities in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Coaching
  • Experience in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and lead a team in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the home loans or real estate sector is preferred
