Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing sales strategies, building and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include monitoring sales performance, providing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in sales, marketing, and achieving target-driven results
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in customer service and establishing long-term client relationships
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and create detailed performance reports
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in negotiation and persuasion
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage challenges and deliver innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
