About The Role

As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Manager (B2C) who brings energy, empathy, and a proven ability to convert warm conversations into confirmed bookings. You'll be the first point of contact for couples and families planning their most important celebrations — and your ability to understand what they envision and match it with the right package will directly drive our growth.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who loves people, understands the emotional weight behind milestone events, and knows how to close with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2C leads for weddings, social functions, and personal events through referrals, inquiries, and local outreach
- Handle end-to-end client consultations — from first inquiry to booking confirmation
- Present event packages, décor concepts, and pricing in a compelling, consultative manner
- Conduct client meetings, venue walkthroughs, and follow-up calls
- Build and manage a strong referral network with venues, wedding planners, and local partners
- Maintain CRM records, lead pipeline, and weekly sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize per-event value
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth client handover post-booking
Required Skills
- Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
- Proven ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close B2C sales
- Comfort with client-facing field work and on-site meetings
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Local market knowledge of Jammu (strong advantage)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–4 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in events, weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle/luxury sectors
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
