Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role within Valco Melton's automotive and product assembly division, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will manage sales activities, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional tasks will involve representing Valco Melton at industry events, providing product training to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • Industry, with knowledge of industry-specific trends, dynamics, and product applications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for clients and team members
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales and business development experience, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors, is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
