Sales Manager(Based in Delhi NCR)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager based in Delhi NCR to drive market presence and revenue generation for this heritage destination. This role will focus on building strong market relationships and positioning the property within key feeder markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive sales strategies across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments
  • Build and manage key accounts and travel trade relationships in Delhi NCR
  • Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential
  • Represent the property in sales calls, roadshows, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Key requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role within a five-star hotel/resort
  • Strong network within Delhi NCR travel trade and corporate segments
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong can-do mindset
