We're Hiring a Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Pune / Ahmedabad

Are you a high‑performing sales professional with a strong background in freight forwarding and international logistics Join us as a Sales Manager and play a key role in driving growth across ocean, air, and multimodal services.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring new customers, and managing key accounts while delivering tailored logistics solutions across FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Project Cargo, and Multimodal services.

What You'll Do

Business Development

  • Identify, target, and onboard new customers across import & export logistics
  • Drive revenue and volume growth through structured sales strategies
  • Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events
  • Present customized freight solutions aligned with customer needs

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing customer portfolios
  • Build long‑term relationships with shippers, exporters, importers, and agents
  • Act as the single point of contact for commercial escalations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and Finance
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, credit controls, and policies

Success Will Be Measured By

  • Revenue and gross profit achievement
  • New customer acquisition
  • Customer retention and account growth
  • Pipeline value and conversion ratio

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong exposure to Ocean Freight and Air Freight (Import & Export mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
  • MBA / PG in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs processes
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and quotation tools
