Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Sales Manager/Associate Business Developer. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and maintaining strong customer connections. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, and collaborating with teams to meet company goals. Additionally, the role entails presenting tailored advertising solutions to prospective clients and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical skills to assess sales metrics and market trends
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales agreements
  • Familiarity with outdoor advertising, branding, and DOOH is a plus
  • An understanding of media planning and buying in the advertising industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
