Job Title: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Head - (Healthcare Products)

Location:Delhi, Delhi NCR

Industry:Healthcare (Multi-Centre Retail Model 50+ Centres and Rapidly Expanding)

Experience:5-10 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics/hearing aids/eye care/dental chains/derma-cosmetic clinics/retail healthcare environments.

About the Company:

A rapidly growing multi-centre healthcare organisation operating 50+ centres across India. The company is expanding aggressively and seeks a performance-driven sales leader who can build robust systems, drive conversions, and scale revenue across regions.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager/Assistant Manager/Head will be responsible for driving sales performance across all centres in a B2C healthcare retail environment. The role requires strong ownership, process orientation, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-growth, operationally intensive setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Drive sales performance across all centres and ensure revenue targets (monthly/quarterly) are consistently achieved.
  • Create, implement, and monitor sales strategies for increased enquiry conversions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales funnel across centres.

Team Training & Development:

  • Train and coach counsellors/clinic teams on enquiry handling, patient counselling, and conversion techniques.
  • Strengthen centre-level sales capability and ensure process adherence.

Lead Management & CRM Monitoring:

  • Oversee lead flow, CRM follow-ups, and timely conversion tracking.
  • Monitor daily enquiries, consultations, conversions, and patient interactions across all centres.
  • Ensure data discipline and timely reporting.

Business Development & Campaign Planning:

  • Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive footfall and lead generation.
  • Manage hospital tie-ups, field outreach activities, and local promotional initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth pockets in assigned regions.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare weekly performance reports covering leads, conversions, revenue, and centre-level productivity.
  • Analyse metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

Required Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics/hearing aids/eye care/dental chains/derma-cosmetic clinics/retail healthcare environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any relevant field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare retail sales, patient counselling, and centre operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in managing sales through multi-centre retail operations (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and improving conversion rates.
