Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong architectural background and proven experience in B2B sales within the construction/real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, a well-established personal network of architects, builders, consultants, and developers, and the ability to drive business through channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow business through architects, consultants, and design firms
Leverage existing self-created professional network to generate leads and closures
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and developers
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and closures
Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships in Delhi NCR
Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background: Architecture (B.Archor equivalent preferred)
Experience:Minimum 5+ yearsin sales/business development within construction, real estate, or allied industries
Strong existing network of architects, builders, and consultants
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication,negotiation, andrelationship-building skills
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction workflows
Preferred Skills
Experience in architect-channel sales
Ability to manage high-value B2B clients
Strategic thinking and market knowledge of Delhi NCR
