Manager – Sales (Real Estate)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with strong real estate experience to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific sales strategies based on local market insights
- Execute sales plans to achieve individual, team, and associate targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team with structured reporting
- Build and maintain strong client and broker relationships
- Expand and strengthen the channel partner / associate network
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales performance
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory guidelines
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Proven target achiever with a performance-driven mindset
- Energetic team player with leadership ability
- Well-versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong broker network and client database preferred
- Ability to build and manage self-driven teams
Experience & Qualification
- Experience: 5–7 years (Real Estate preferred)
- Qualification: Master's Degree
