About the Company:

Anantara Atelier is an interior design and architecture firm based in Ahmedabad, specializing in interior turnkey projects, architecture design, and complete project execution for residential and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Salary: CTC up to 6,00,000 – 7,00,000 per year (based on experience)

Eligibility:

• Candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in sales (preferably interior/design/real estate industry)

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling abilities

• Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue

• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads

• Monitoring team performance and providing guidance/training

• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high conversion rates

• Coordinating with the design and execution team for seamless project closure

• Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
