Job Description

We are hiring for PAN India (Delhi-NCR/Kolkata/Chennai/Mumbai/Jharkhand/Odisha & Chhattisgarh) dynamic and well-connected Sales Managers/Sr. Sales Manager/GM-Sales to direct sell the AI/ML/SaaS (Data Analytics/Digital Forensics) solutions in the Defense/Police/IRS and law enforcement domains. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and securing opportunities for our analytics and digital transformation solutions within the Indian Army/Police/Indian Revenue Services and related agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions within Indian Army/Police/IRS units, commands, and law enforcement organizations.
  • Leverage personal and professional connections with senior Army officers and public security officials to build trust and open doors for business collaboration.
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts from opportunity identification to closure, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Introduce and position our company's solutions to defense/Police/IRS establishments, paramilitary forces, and lawenforcement agencies as a trusted partner in digital innovation.
  • Work closely with internal product, delivery, and technology teams to align client requirements with customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on defense/Police/IRS modernization initiatives, procurement programs, and digital transformation trends in the security sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Service Background: 8-15 years experience in Data Analytics/Digital Forensics/AI/ML Sales in Law Enforcement(Army/Police/IRS) .
  • Connections: Strong network within Indian Army, paramilitary forces, or law enforcement agencies(Police/IRS).
  • Experience: Exposure to technology, operations, or sales in defense/Police/IRS sectors is preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Passion for technology-driven solutions with the ability to present, persuade, and close deals.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
