Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in the plastic recycling and raw materials market.

- Promote and sell plastic granules, pigments, masterbatches, and related materials.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.

- Coordinate with production & logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

- Maintain documentation of sales activities (reports, CRM updates, forecasting).

- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; technical background preferred.

- Strong understanding of the plastic recycling & raw material market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Good customer network within plastics manufacturing units.
