We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 15-20 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience into Electronics or Oil & Gas industry will be added advantage
