Role Overview

We are looking for high-energy, results-driven Sales professionals with a proven hunter mentality and strong industry networks across non-BFSI sectors. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline origination to deal closure for YuVerse's AI and voice bot products, while coordinating with internal delivery and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition (hunting) across target non-BFSI verticals by leveraging existing industry relationships and building new pipelines
  • Own and manage the complete B2B sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solution pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Sell YuVerse's portfolio of AI solutions including voice bots, conversational AI, and automation tools to enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools; consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft tailored solution proposals and demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal delivery, product, and account management teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale and strong client satisfaction
  • Build and nurture C-level and decision-maker relationships across target accounts
  • Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving AI/voice bot technologies to position YuVerse effectively
  • Represent YuVerse at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand brand presence

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5 10 years of B2B sales / business development experience, with a strong track record in solution/consultative selling
  • Demonstrated success in a hunting role primarily new logo acquisition rather than account management
  • Deep industry connects and a warm network within one or more of the target verticals (Real Estate, Education, Health, E-commerce, Payments, Insurance)
  • Prior experience selling SaaS, AI, voice bots, CRM, or enterprise tech solutions is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to understand customer business problems and map them to technology solutions
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product, and customer success
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
