Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager with strong exposure to the fintech or SaaS domain to lead and scale a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role that demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, mentoring teams, and accelerating business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor a large team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed targets

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development support to drive individual and team success

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen market presence in the fintech space

Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals, forecasts, and growth plans

  • Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention

  • Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem

Drive lead generation, manage sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals

  • Market Research & Insights

Track industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving market dynamics

Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and identify emerging growth opportunities

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor key sales metrics, including leads, conversion ratios, and revenue performance

Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (fintech / SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience managing large sales teams (4080 members)
  • Strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in software or fintech solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of the fintech landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and deal closure
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance tracking tools
