CTC - 5.25 LPA

Please note that we have scheduled a Mass Hiring Drive for the Sales Manager position- Agency Channel at the Kolkata- Dalhousie Branch on the following dates:

Eligibility Criteria

Sales background (except General Insurance)
Minimum 2 years in the current organization
Average tenure should be at least 2 years
Strong network for agent recruitment
Age up to 45 years
CTC up to ₹5.25 LPA
Profiles expecting higher CTC more than 5.25 LPA will be considered only if they possess:
Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Agency experience
Strong performance record
High incentive earnings
Good promotions and achievements
Strong agent base
Must be a local candidate residing within 15 km of Dalhousie Branch
