Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and drive robust sales strategies to achieve Home Loan targets.
2. Source new customers and channel partners (DSA/Real estate partners) to boost loan acquisition.
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
4. Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the Home Loan sales team to achieve business goals and improve performance.
5. Set individual/team targets and track progress against goals.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders.
7. Conduct client visits, presentations, and product pitching to prospective borrowers.
