Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve zonal sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans that enhance customer reach and market penetration.
  • Recruit, train, set performance objectives, and monitor the productivity of sales representatives.
  • Build strong and sustainable customer relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Present accurate and timely sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
