Reporting to: Sales Director

Industry: Heating & Plumbing

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth in the international Heating & Plumbing market. This role focuses on managing key accounts, expanding our customer base, and driving sales for both imported products from Italy and locally manufactured solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits across key industrial regions
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, HQ and the China team
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback

Sales & Operational Coordination

  • Manage customer orders with internal teams (Back Office, Supply Chain, Production)
  • Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with technical requirements
  • Handle RFQs and prepare competitive quotations

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customers through networking and market outreach
  • Leverage industry connections to grow market presence
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track and report sales performance and market developments
  • Provide insights on competitors and industry trends
  • Support leadership in defining commercial strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales within Heating & Plumbing or related industries
  • Strong network and knowledge of the International market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly
