Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Sadar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, overseeing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
• Leadership and team management skills
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the plastic products or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Preferred candidates from Plastic Containers Sales background.
