Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru East, offering flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Sales Manager will oversee lead generation, build and maintain relationships with clients, and manage end-to-end real estate transactions. Responsibilities will also include creating sales strategies, driving revenue growth, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and meeting sales targets. Regular updates to stakeholders about market trends and customer feedback will also be part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills to drive client engagement and close deals
  • Strong understanding of real estate trends and market knowledge
  • Proficiency in communication, relationship management, and client consultation
  • Organizational skills for handling multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Proficient in basic digital tools and CRM systems for tracking sales progress and client data
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently in a hybrid setup
  • Experience in sales or real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
