Role Overview

Lead Life Learning is seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to drive enterprise partnerships and revenue growth for its AI certification and capability development programs.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing technology-driven learning solutions, particularly AI-related training or certification programs, and should be capable of building strong corporate relationships. This role requires a sales target-driven professional who can build networks, generate leads, and position AI capability programs effectively to business leaders, HR heads, and L&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Business Development

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting AI certification and capability development programs to corporate clients and institutions.
  2. Build strong professional networks to generate new leads and expand business opportunities.
  3. Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce AI learning solutions aligned with their workforce transformation needs.
  4. Develop customized proposals and program solutions based on client objectives.
  5. Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients through in-person meetings, virtual engagements, and workshops.

  • Client Relationship & Account Management

  1. Build trust and credibility with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of clients business models, digital transformation goals, and AI readiness.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations on how AI capability programs can support organizational growth and workforce readiness.

  • Program Delivery & Internal Collaboration

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including program delivery, trainers, and operations to ensure successful implementation of programs.
  2. Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and timelines are adhered to.
  3. Proactively identify potential risks or engagement challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.

  • Data Tracking & Reporting

  1. Track and report key account metrics such as customer satisfaction, engagement levels, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. Maintain structured dashboards to monitor sales pipeline and program performance.
  3. Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership reviews and client discussions.
  4. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and structured data reporting formats.

  • Team Leadership & People Management

  1. Lead and manage a team responsible for sales and client engagement activities.
  2. Guide the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  3. Support team members in lead generation, networking, and solution positioning.
  4. Work closely in hiring suitable candidates and build a high-performing sales team.
  5. Hire, train and develop interns | freshers to expand sales team with in organisation

  • Market Awareness & Knowledge Sharing

  1. Stay updated on AI trends, enterprise AI adoption, and industry best practices in corporate learning.
  2. Share relevant insights with clients and internal teams to support innovation and business growth.

  • Mandatory Experience Requirement

  • Candidates must have:

  1. Handled enterprise AI training programs, certifications, or transformation initiatives
  2. Sold or managed AI learning solutions in B2B environments

  • Key Skills:

  1. Enterprise B2B sales
  2. Strategic account management
  3. AI program positioning and consultative selling
  4. Strong knowledge on enterprise sales, ideal customer profile with great networking ability
  5. Revenue growth and account expansion
  6. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Experience:

2+ years in enterprise sales, key account management, B2B sales preferably from AI learning solutions, or technology consulting roles.
