We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our freight forwarding division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry. This role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for freight forwarding services.
- Identify and target potential clients in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
