Role Overview
As a Senior Product Solutions Consultant, you will act as the key technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. In this role, you'll translate complex global logistics challenges—such as customs compliance, multi-modal routing, and international tax frameworks—into scalable, technology-driven solutions. You will lead high-impact discovery discussions and deliver compelling, outcome-focused demonstrations to senior stakeholders across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Design and map end-to-end global logistics workflows using our SaaS platform to address intricate cross-border challenges, including duties and tax automation, landed cost optimization, and carrier integrations.
Product Evangelism: Deliver engaging product demonstrations that emphasize business value, ROI, and operational efficiency rather than just feature sets.
Discovery & Scoping: Lead in-depth discovery sessions to analyze clients current (as-is) shipping processes and define optimized (to-be) workflows powered by our TMS.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the customer's perspective to the Product team by sharing insights on market trends and region-specific requirements, such as evolving compliance standards (e.g., Brexit, IOSS/OSS).
RFP/RFI Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of technical responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment with security, integration (API/EDI), and functional expectations.
Implementation Handoff: Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation by delivering clear and detailed solution documentation and blueprints.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within SaaS, Supply Chain, or Logistics domains.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics, including Incoterms, HS Codes, customs processes, and freight forwarding operations.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of API integrations, EDI standards, and integration of TMS platforms with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Communication: Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
