This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Logistics Specialist. The role involves overseeing logistical operations to ensure seamless sales execution, coordinating with customers and freight partners, and managing the end-to-end delivery process. The specialist will handle communication with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales processes by identifying opportunities and providing solutions that align with client needs. Daily tasks include managing logistics schedules, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize efficiency.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales and ability to contribute to revenue growth by identifying client needs and opportunities
• Expertise in Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding to efficiently handle operations and shipments
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in logistics or sales tracking tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
