early-stage startups across sectors. We support companies through talent, marketing,
strategic advisory, and accelerator programs. As we scale, we are building a strong sales
function to drive client acquisition across all subsidiary firms.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales & LinkedIn Specialist with 2+ years of experience to lead client
acquisition and build strong sales funnels. This role is ideal for someone who understands
B2B sales, excels in LinkedIn-based outreach, and can independently build acquisition
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Actively acquire new clients for TF Ventures and its subsidiary firms.
Identify, reach out, pitch, and onboard potential clients across industries.
Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and proposal presentations.
Build strong relationships with founders, decision-makers, and CXO-level
professionals.
LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation
Build and run LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
Manage outreach sequences, follow-ups, and nurture conversations.
Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages for credibility and conversion.
Sales Strategy, Funnels & Processes
Strategize and develop scalable sales channels and acquisition systems.
Build and track the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
Create nurturing systems to boost conversion and retention.
Develop sales scripts, pitches, decks, and value propositions.
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain CRM data, weekly trackers, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to align sales goals.
Assist in building and nurturing the internal sales team as the function grows.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / LinkedIn

Proven experience in B2B lead generation and conversions
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools or LinkedIn automation tools is preferred
Ability to work onsite and in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment
Understanding of the startup ecosystem is a bonus
