Role Overview
The Services Sales Lead will drive end-to-end sales for the Business Services portfolio, focusing on enterprise clients in the North American market. This role involves building a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic client relationships, and closing high-value deals while delivering consultative, ROI-driven service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for global clients
- Build and execute sales strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
- Identify and target enterprise clients across North America
- Drive new business development through networking, outreach, and market research
- Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and commercial discussions
- Build long-term relationships and expand existing accounts through upselling
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and proposal development
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
- Represent the organization in client meetings, events, and strategic discussions
Qualifications & Skills
- B2B services sales (Managed Services/BPO) experience
- Enterprise sales in North American (US) market
- Full sales cycle & deal closure expertise
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management
- CRM (Salesforce) proficiency
- Consultative selling & client solutioning
