Job Title: Sales Leader IT Staffing (India Market)

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Leader for IT Staffing who will own new client acquisition and new logo growth in the India market. This is a pure hunter role, focused on building pipeline, winning accounts, and converting opportunities into recurring staffing business across contract and permanent hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition for IT Staffing (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent).
- Build a consistent pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Lead discovery calls, identify hiring challenges, and position staffing solutions with clear value.
- Present capability decks, commercial proposals, rate cards, SLAs, and close MSAs/SOWs in coordination with leadership.
- Negotiate commercials, payment terms, turnaround expectations, and engagement models.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure quality submissions, fast TAT, interview scheduling, and closures.
- Own account onboarding and expand within the account to generate repeat requirements.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, weekly funnel reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Key Performance Indicators:
- New logos acquired (monthly/quarterly)
- Number of qualified client meetings and conversion rate
- Pipeline value and win rate
- Revenue from new accounts
- Requirements received vs closures (conversion)
- Repeat business and account expansion after onboarding
Required Experience and Skills:
- Strong track record in B2B IT Staffing sales with proven new client wins.
- Solid understanding of IT roles and hiring cycles across engineering, product, cloud, data, cybersecurity, ERP, QA, and support.
- Strong negotiation skills on rate, margin, SLAs, TAT, and payment terms.
- Sharp communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level pitching.
- Comfortable operating with targets, rejection, and high-volume outreach.
Preferred:
- Bangalore market network in IT, product companies, GCCs, IT services, and startups.
- Experience working with procurement, vendor onboarding, and preferred vendor programs.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM and recruitment metrics.
