About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, result-driven Sales Leader who can build and lead a high-performing team. This is a frontline leadership role, not a passive management position. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, close high-ticket deals, and take complete ownership of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a strong sales team from scratch
Drive revenue generation and maintain high-quality sales consultancy
Lead daily sales floor activities including:
Call reviews
Client meetings
Deal closures
Set clear team targets and track daily KPIs
Train, mentor, and manage performance of team members
Ensure CRM discipline and maintain accurate reporting
Accountability (Non-Negotiable)
Take full ownership of results — no excuses
Ensure honest reporting and take immediate corrective actions
Build and scale the team independently
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Monthly revenue generated through the team
Pipeline coverage (minimum 3x of monthly target)
Team growth and productivity
Conversion rate and deal closure quality
Daily activity tracking and team compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in high-ticket sales (Real Estate preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to drive performance and close deals personally
Highly accountable with a strong ownership mindset
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
