You'll drive enterprise sales across France, Europe, and UK markets.
What You'll Own
Enterprise Sales (Your Core Mission)
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise service sale clients across France, Europe, and UK
- Target and close deals worth 50K500K+ annually
- Build a robust pipeline of 3050 qualified prospects at any given time
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and exceed quarterly targets consistently
Relationship Building & Network Leverage
- Leverage your extensive professional network to open doors with decision-makers across France/Europe/UK (Talent Acquisition directors, HRBP, HR Manager and procurement Leaders)
- Execute multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, cold email, networking events, warm introductions
Sales Operations & Accountability
- Manage CRM meticulouslytrack pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progression
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and forecasts with full transparency
- Hit and exceed KPIs: pipeline targets, conversion rates, average deal size, revenue goals
- Continuously refine your sales approach based on data and feedback
Who We're Looking For
Your Background
- Proven track record: 5+ years closing enterprise/B2B deals, ideally in HR, recruitment, SaaS, or staffing
- Deep market expertise: You know the France/Europe/UK HR landscape, key players, pain points, and buying cycles
- Service Sales experience.
