Regional Head Business Development | Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Michezo Sports is looking for a dynamic Regional Head Business Development to expand our presence across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This role will focus on building strong client relationships and driving growth in sports infrastructure projects across the region.
Client Engagement
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their sports infrastructure requirements
- Build relationships with government bodies, educational institutions, real estate developers, and sports academies
- Track and participate in relevant sports infrastructure tenders and projects
Business Development
- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy
- Present solutions, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements
- Identify new opportunities in sports infrastructure development
Client & Project Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure timelines, delivery commitments, and payment terms are met
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with teams across sales, design & architecture, procurement, accounts, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution
- 47 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in:
- Building materials
- Real estate or institutional sales
- Turnkey sports infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of the regional market in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Proficiency in Email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
- Experience working with government projects or infrastructure tenders
- Interest or exposure to sports infrastructure
