Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Semiconductor Sales Leader to join our team. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Location-Hyderabad/Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in High tech, Embedded engineering and cloud space
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 12-15 years of experience in VLSI/Embedded.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Existing connects into customers like Microsoft, Amazon etc. will be an added advantage
