Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead Manager based in Chandigarh. The Sales Lead Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns and supporting team members to enhance client satisfaction and driving team performance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, sales funnel management, and client relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working in education technology or related industries is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software is desirable.
